Description

You can help point other young men the right direction.

JobStart is a new initiative that offers employment training for young men of color who have barriers to employment. The purpose of the initiative is to eliminate obstacles and challenges that may keep these young men from getting and keeping a job. In the end, we would like participants to have financial stability and overall well-being.

We are looking for men of color who can serve in the role of an 'advisor' - this individual would help in goal setting with JobStart participants and provide wise counsel and support. The advisor will be equipped with tools and will have access to the JobStart Coordinator as a resource.

We know the struggle is real so any additional support these men receive in their journey will go a long way!
